Nicole is an associate attorney whose areas of practice include business and corporate law, zoning and land use, family law, employment litigation, environmental law, real estate law, construction litigation, and general civil litigation.
Nicole joined KSR&P in 2014, bringing with her years of experience in various legal fields. With extensive experience appearing in both Federal and State courts, as well as countless municipal boards and state agencies, she is passionate about her role as an advocate in support of her clients.
Nicole is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island State Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and the Supreme Court for the United States. After earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island, she went on to obtain her J.D. from New England Law. She was honored with first place at the 2006 Jack Lynch Invitational for Environmental Debate, winning both “Top Speaker” and “Best Oral Argument” awards. Prior to joining KSR&P, Nicole gained vast experience in the areas of civil litigation, business law, family law and criminal defense.
Nicole also works with several non-profit organizations, particularly focusing on driving educational advancement in her community. A strongminded and zealous litigator, Nicole’s primary goal is helping her clients acquire the most successful result possible, and she ensures this outcome by tirelessly applying all of her efforts, energy and talents in each case.
